Sandyford COVID statement
In line with government guidelines, we are minimising face-to-face work and prioritising those with the most urgent care needs. We are delivering these as appointment only services. We appreciate your patience as we do this. It does mean that we might say you need to wait until the service you need is running again. This is so we can ensure we keep patients and staff safe. You must not book into a service if you have signs of COVID or have been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who has. We are currently restricted in most cases to seeing patients staying in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area only, so we may ask you to contact another clinic linked to your registered address. There are also some conditions that are better managed by your GP, or by your local pharmacy, so we may also suggest you try there first.

Our services are set up for social distancing with one way signs, plastic screens where appropriate and our staff will be wearing masks. You are also asked to wear a face covering when you attend.
Please do not bring any other person with you to your appointment including children, partners, friends or family members. They will be asked to wait outside the building.
Call back calls from Sandyford
We have been told that some patients are not receiving our calls. This can be caused by blocking 0800 numbers to your phone as our calls come from a 0800 number. Please check that your phone is set to accept calls from 0800 numbers if you have agreed to accept a call back from us.
Delay with virology results
We apologise, but due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay with virology results. Please continue to call for your results as you have been asked to do. We will respond to your call as quickly as possible. Further information on getting results can be viewed at the getting my results section.
