Guidance on how to use our self-sampling kits

If you do not have any symptoms you will not need to be examined by a clinician. This means you can take your own Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea testing swabs. Including one or more of the following:

• Urine sample
• Self-Taken Throat Swab
• Self-Taken Rectal Swab
• Self-Taken Vaginal Swab

You can choose to either do a self-sample test at one of our locations - we all these Express Tests - or you can choose to have a test sent out to your home to then send back to us.

You'll be given all the information when you get your test, but feel free to read the instruction booklets below to get an understanding of what's required.
