Young People

COVID-19

Sandyford Sexual Health Services has moved to delivering its most urgent services only, due to COVID-19.This is so we can ensure we keep patients and staff safe. This means that in line with government guidelines, we are minimising face-to-face work and prioritising those with the most urgent care needs. We appreciate your patience as we do this.

Some temporary changes to Young People Clinics are necessary:

  • You can only attend clinics if you have an appointment before you arrive. Due to COVID- 19 restrictions, no services are available without an appointment. These can be booked online or by phone on 0141 211 8130. A Sandyford member of staff will talk to you about your needs.
  • Please do not bring any other person with you to your appointment including children, partners, friends or family members. They will be asked to wait outside the building.
  • You are asked to wear a face covering when you attend as per Government advice.

If you are in doubt as to whether you need to be seen by the sexual health service telephone 0141 211 8130. Our staff will be able to advise you.

Young People's clinics are currently available with a booked appointment at:

Sandyford:  Tuesday and Thursday from 4 pm to 7.30 pm

Sandyford Paisley: Thursdays 4.30pm - 7pm

Sandyford Parkhead: Mondays 4pm - 7pm

YPSandyford is for anyone aged 17 or younger

We offer a full range of sexual health and relationship services, treatment, advice and information.  It's a walk in service, you don't need to make an appointment to come and see us. If the dedicated walk in times are not suitable, you can come along to any service at any time and be seen by a nurse. You can also choose to make a booked appointment.
