Our new website

We are excited to have now launched our new and improved website!

The new site prioritises:

• Mobile-friendly design – optimised for smartphones – as 97% of you are on mobile.

• Focused on our service information – clearer details on what we offer and what to expect at an appointment. 

• Clear navigation – simplified menus, better signposting, and helpful “On this page you will find…” sections. 

• Improved accessibility – larger fonts, better colour contrast, and screen-reader-friendly structure. 

• Better linking with NHS inform – your go-to source for health information. 

But based on your feedback, we have also: 

• Further reduced content so you can find what you need faster. 

• Streamlined the user journey as much as possible, while not compromising on essential information.

• Created a Quick Guide to explain which services are booked online, by phone, or require referral. 

• Improved transparency around things like the online booking portal, availability of appointments, and what updates are in the pipeline. 

• Answered your FAQs to make things even clearer and easier. 

We hope that you find the site supports you to make informed choices about your sexual health care.

During the transition, some expired links may redirect you to the homepage. But please rest assured all up-to-date information on our services is now on our new site.
