About the portal
Any of our services that allow for online bookings use the NHS’s national sexual health online booking portal. This platform is used by all NHS sexual health services in Scotland. Sandyford staff can’t direct access or make changes to the portal.
How to use the portal
Once you open the portal you will be asked a series of questions to help us determine the correct appointment for your needs. This will include asking things like your age, gender, what type of service you require and your mobile number.
It is important that you do not book an appointment for the wrong service as our staff will not be able to meet your needs and we will have to ask you to rebook the appropriate service. All information on the services we provide and who can use them is available on our services page.
If there are no appointments available
If there are no appointments available for the service you would like please try again on another day. Appointments are usually opened up on a regular basis.
Update coming soon
The online booking portal is currently being improved for a better user experience and the updated version will be available soon.
If you are experiencing technical issues
If you are experiencing technical issues with the portal please call us on 0141 211 8130 and we will do our best to help. However we won’t be able to offer you an appointment if there there are none available online.
